Personable.com Enters Partnership with ZLand, Inc.
Customers to get cutting-edge ASP service, three new software titles offered
Fountain Valley, Calif., February 23, 2001 – Personable.com, the first application
service provider (ASP) offering a full spectrum of popular software products online for rent, today announced an
agreement with ZLand, a leading developer of web-based business solutions for small-to-mid-sized companies.
ZLand will offer Personable.com’s ASP service to its customers with its own branding while Personable.com will
add three of ZLand’s popular accounting software titles.
With the agreement, ZLand will expand on its e-commerce offerings to include Personable.com’s
broad range of more than 300 software titles and online courses focusing on office productivity. Personable.com will
add three popular accounting software solutions from ZLand to its library: the VersaPro Premier Pak, the VersaPro
Complete Pak and the VersaPro 50 State US Payroll program.
VersaPro is one of the most popular accounting software packages for small and medium-sized
businesses. It can reduce the time companies spend on accounting issues by integrating different accounting tasks
such as payroll, accounts payable and receivable and customer relationship management into one easy-to-use program.
ZLand joins a growing list of companies that partner with Personable.com and use its ASP
service through the company’s Private Label program. ZLand customers will receive access to Personable.com
library of titles and customer service, but ZLand will retain its corporate branding over the product.
Customers can rent software on a monthly basis through Personable.com, but will know the service only as a
product of ZLand.
Personable.com CEO Benjamin Chou said ZLand is a prime example of the type of company that can benefit from
branding his company’s service.

can add and delete programs from employees’ desktops with the clicking of a mouse and view real-time billing
