Business Wire - Press Release
Personable Inc. Releases SourceLink(R) Standard Edition for QuickBooks(R)
02.06.07, 8:11 AM ET

Personable Inc. (Personable), Gold Developer of Intuit(R) (Nasdaq:INTU) QuickBooks Accounting Software, releases SourceLink 4.1 Standard Edition (SE). Building on SourceLink 4.0, an award winning document management software, SourceLink 4.1 SE continues to provide the integrated document management solutions for QuickBooks Pro, all Premiers, and Enterprise Editions from 2004 to 2007 versions. SourceLink SE works in both workstation and server environments. In addition, SourceLink 4.1 SE now supports QuickBooks Canadian Edition from 2004 and up.

"SourceLink continues to improve on providing an easy to use yet powerful document management solution for QuickBooks users," said Benjamin Chou, President of Personable. "We understand that both US and Canadian QuickBooks users must always have a great experience filing and retrieving source documents directly within QuickBooks."

Including all the features in 4.0, SourceLink 4.1 SE empowers QuickBooks users to instantly file and retrieve financial records - bills, invoices, customer agreements etc. ... directly within QuickBooks to save them valuable time, money, and resources.

SourceLink 4.1 SE adds more advanced customer desired features such as: integrated email functions, automated reminder of Hot Notes, support of Internet documents, and automated backup and restore of SourceLink configurations and My Notes.

"SourceLink Standard Edition empowers QuickBooks users to connect financial transactions to source documents," said Doug Sleeter, President of The Sleeter Group. "It provides a quick look-up capability with links between QuickBooks transactions and source documents. It's well integrated, and works great!"

With more than 3 million small business customers and more than 250,000 accountants who use QuickBooks, SourceLink 4.1 SE let these users have the capability to attach existing documents already in the computer or from a scanner, regardless of the program they were created in. As a result, SourceLink 4.1 SE enhances audit trails, simplifies compliance of new electronic regulatory mandates and eliminates misfiled, damaged or lost files.
