** You must be logged into Windows as a user with Administrator privilege


Add Personable to the list of Trusted Sites:

1. Click on Tools menu on the top of Internet Explorer window and select Internet Options.



2. Click on Security tab, then click on Trusted Sites icon, and click on Sites button.



3. On Trusted Sites window, uncheck Require server verification (https://) and type in http://www.personable.com and Add button to add our web site to the list of trusted sites.

Change Security Settings:

4. Click on Tools menu on the top of Internet Explorer window and select Internet Options.



5. Click on Security tab, then click on Trusted Sites icon, and click on Custom Level button.



6. On Security Settings window, for Download ActiveX control, select Enable. Click OK to save the changes.

* While logging in, if you see an information bar at top "This website wants to install the following add-on..," click on the bar and select Install ActiveX Control...
