Q1: How do I install the Netscape Navigator plug-in?

We currently provide web browser desktop connection support for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and Netscape’s Navigator browsers to our subscription membership.

Minimum Netscape Navigator version required for connection to the virtual desktop is version 4.0 or higher. Please note that version 6.0 of Netscape Navigator is not yet currently supported, however a port to this version will be available in the near future.  The first time a subscription member using Netscape Navigator connects to a virtual desktop (this occurs immediately following the login process), the subscriber will be prompted to download a Netscape plug-in.  Please download this plug-in to a temporary directory, then click on this new file in your temporary directory to install the plug-in. Once installed, the subscriber must exit and restart their Netscape Navigator, and then login to the virtual desktop again.  This only occurs the first time a new subscriber joins our service.

Q2: Can I use Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator on my virtual desktop?
We currently do not provide web browser virtual desktop support at this time. We are currently pursuing this in development and will offer this at a future date.
