License Maintenance Fees
In addition to a full license of ScanWriter, you recieve a personal tutorial so you can see the benefits in minutes, unlimited standardized templates, access to our tech support hotline, and license upgrades.
- Setup Fees:
Each active company file in ScanWriter will be charged a monthly maintenance fee, with an unlimited number of standardized templates included.
- Monthly Maintenance Fees:
Each company file has a non-prorated $10.00 maintenance fee per month. (i.e. 3 Active Company Files = $30 Monthly Maintenance Fee). This covers unlimited standard templates, training, support and license upgrades.
Note: If the License Maintenance service is canceled or there are no active company files for a year, a Maintenance fee will be applied to resume License services.
Refund Policy
You will have 25 uses of the full featured software before applying the purchased CD Key. You may obtain a full refund of the purchase price if you return ScanWriter within 30 days after purchase and before applying the CD Key.
There will be no refund after 30 days of purchase or once the CD Key has been applied.

On processing your payment, we will send an email with a link to download the software if you have purchased the download version.
Checks have a $25.00 processing fee.

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
For Download Version
After the secure PayPal checkout, you will be guided into a download page and sent an email containing your CD Key(s). On the download page you will see a link to download ScanWriter and one for Installation Instructions.
